You have two choices, either call your insurance agent or your insurance carriers claim center to initiate a claim. Tell the insurance claims center you want to file a claim based on hail, wind, fire, or flood damage sustained from the recent storm. They will issue a claim number- write that number down. Call us and we’ll take it from there!
Incomplete Damage Assessments
Adjusters are often overwhelmed with claims and yours is just one in their stack. Re-inspection involves getting a second adjuster to re-evaluate the first. Claims are not settled and remain open until we are satisfied that the insurance carrier has paid you what you are entitled to under your policy.
1st Claim Check
Once everything is completed, you and your claims specialist will go over the final invoice on a point-by-point basis, to confirm that everything has been finished to your complete satisfaction. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.
